Lead client relationships for large national group insurance clients (2000+ lives), drive retention and cross-sell, develop customized strategies, manage renewals/mergers, analyze client data, coordinate internal teams, and ensure service delivery and profitability.

Provides administrative support to insurance claims teams and claimants by managing correspondence, filing, claim database updates, bill payment assistance, data entry, document production, inquiries, and claim material proofreading. Maintains accurate and confidential personal health information in compliance with HIPAA requirements. Requires strong organization, prioritization, communication, information analysis, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.

Operate and support leave-of-absence management systems, including troubleshooting, client-letter and policy programming, UAT and production QA, functionality testing, process-flow development, training, audits, reporting, and premium billing data-feed validation. The role supports implementation teams, client and district offices, and may assist with LOA claims management. It requires knowledge of leave laws, systems programming aptitude, analytical troubleshooting, strong organization, communication, customer service, and confidentiality skills.
