Lead strategic client relationships for large national accounts (2,000+ lives), ensuring service delivery, retention, renewals, and profitable growth. Manage cross-sell opportunities, complex contract negotiations, mergers/divestures, and customized client strategies. Serve as subject-matter expert on disability, life, FML, state/company leaves, and ADA; analyze client data, create custom reporting, and coordinate internal teams to implement solutions and drive client satisfaction.

This role involves adjudicating LTD claims, conducting investigations, calculating benefits, and managing claims while providing customer service in a high-pressure environment.

Manage confidential accommodation requests by reviewing medical documentation, conducting interactive assessments with employees and supervisors, and identifying reasonable accommodations under ADAAA, PWFA, state law, and client policies. Serve as primary contact for employees with disabilities, coordinate with medical vendors, document cases, educate HR and staff on return-to-work and accommodation processes, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while collaborating on continuous improvement.
