Develops, enhances, and maintains COBOL mainframe applications using DB2 and JCL. Supports ACH payment processing, NACHA compliance, batch operations, system testing, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution. The role designs and deploys application enhancements, improves system efficiency, manages risk and change controls, collaborates with technical and business teams, and mentors junior engineers. This is an onsite position near Birmingham, Charlotte, or Atlanta.

Leads and optimizes multiple Agile Release Trains, coordinating release planning, dependencies, risks, budgets, feature delivery, and stakeholder communication. Coaches leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in SAFe and Lean-Agile practices, uses delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement, and ensures alignment between strategy and execution. The role also supports portfolio governance, vendor partnerships, executive reporting, roadmap prioritization, compliance, and cybersecurity practices.

Supports the design, implementation, administration, and maintenance of cloud and cybersecurity technologies. Leads complex security projects, technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts, governance, metrics, compliance, incident response, and process improvements. Provides advanced troubleshooting, on-call support, technical guidance, mentoring, documentation, and subject-matter expertise across security teams and business areas.
