Designs, builds, deploys and maintains applications; installs and configures hardware/software; monitors and tests system performance; diagnoses and resolves system issues; implements enhancements; ensures regulatory, risk and cybersecurity compliance; produces documentation and reports; may lead junior associates and own end-to-end processes.

Provide administrative and client-servicing support to Commercial Relationship Managers, manage credit application and loan workflows, prepare pipeline and performance reports, maintain client data integrity across systems, assist with treasury onboarding, post-closing requirements, and mentor or train new associates.

Transform and analyze data to produce readable reports and visualizations for stakeholders. Maintain databases, perform data quality audits, support data governance, automate reporting, and provide insights to inform operational decisions. Complete daily deliverables and ad-hoc analyses, and may mentor junior analysts.
