Manages the enterprise Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management program. Develops resiliency strategies, governance, recovery plans, risk assessments, testing exercises, and remediation plans. Partners with technology, operations, security, risk, and vendor teams to strengthen recovery capabilities and regulatory compliance. Leads resilience assessments, executive reporting, continuous improvement, third-party recovery contracts, and recovery planning for critical applications and business processes.

Provide legal counsel for procurement and vendor contracting: draft, review, and negotiate contracts; advise on data privacy, information security, AI, IP, and regulatory compliance; perform legal research and due diligence; manage outside counsel; partner with Procurement, Cyber Security, Privacy, Third Party Risk Management, and Compliance; develop templates, playbooks, and contracting process improvements.

Lead and grow an IAM team to design, implement, and monitor identity and access controls. Develop IAM standards, KRIs/KPIs, ensure compliance, drive automation and DevSecOps for secrets management (HashiCorp Vault/CyberArk), partner across technology groups, manage projects, hire/train staff, and enforce disciplined change management to strengthen security posture.
