Project-based engineering internship in a manufacturing environment, with assignments spanning mechanical, electrical, software, quality, manufacturing, applications, design, and continuous improvement engineering. Interns analyze data, support testing and validation, troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate cross-functionally, present recommendations to leadership, and participate in mentorship and networking. The role is fully onsite, runs approximately 11 weeks, and requires limited travel.

Leads all manufacturing operations at a 160-employee plant, owning site P&L and Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth performance. Drives operational excellence, Lean continuous improvement, capital investment, productivity, inventory optimization, and cost reduction. Develops leadership teams, succession plans, and organizational capability while fostering safety, accountability, engagement, and customer focus. Partners cross-functionally to execute strategy, improve performance, and deliver sustainable financial and operational results.

Sources and engages senior and executive talent by conducting market mapping, organizational research, competitive intelligence, and passive candidate outreach. Builds executive talent pipelines and talent communities, supports succession planning and strategic hiring initiatives, maintains ATS and CRM data, and uses analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness and talent availability. Partners with executive recruiters and business leaders to improve candidate engagement and recruiting outcomes.
