Own product prioritization and execution across product, engineering, go-to-market, and partners. Translate roadmap priorities into plans, coordinate testing and releases, manage dependencies and risks, convert customer feedback into product inputs, support partner onboarding, and lead cross-functional initiatives such as feature launches and integrations. The role also establishes repeatable processes for planning, delivery, and continuous improvement in an early-stage company.

In this role, you will define and execute the go-to-market strategy, drive growth, and lead customer success efforts at Reflow, a workplace intelligence platform.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across the US, Europe, and Latin America. Source and close senior technical talent, partner with hiring managers and People/Ops, manage compliant international hiring, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and build scalable recruiting processes, documentation, and tooling in an early-stage startup environment.
