Monitor account performance, resolve issues, identify growth and cross-sell opportunities, present products, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Must travel frequently and meet retention/growth goals.

Sell products and services to strategic target accounts across major US cities, maintain executive-level relationships, grow and retain named accounts, meet revenue quotas, coordinate resources, use Salesforce to manage sales process, and represent the company at industry events.

Lead and improve global SOC capabilities by overseeing threat detection, incident response, and SIEM-driven operations. Serve as technical escalation for analysts, develop playbooks and automation, coordinate stakeholders, and use metrics and threat analysis to drive detection and response maturity.
