Lead governance, quality, and continuous improvement of Production Master Data across SAP and connected systems (PLM, MES, Ariba). Act as liaison between business and Digital Technology teams, configure and perform mass data changes, develop specs and documentation, drive process improvements, and support SAP enhancements, testing, deployment, and data‑governance compliance.

Lead global strategy, implementation, and sustainment of Time & Attendance and labor-management systems. Act as service manager for legacy systems, oversee enhancements, incidents, integrations, vendor relationships, and payroll modernization. Drive capacity planning, architecture collaboration, risk management, and cross-functional stakeholder influence to deliver HR/time solutions and large-scale transformation.

Provide SAP Controlling (CO) and Project Systems (PS) functional support in an SAP ECC environment, supporting configuration, production support, project delivery, month‑end/year‑end close, system improvements, and integration with ABAP, BW, and BusinessObjects while aiding the transition to S/4HANA in an Aerospace & Defense setting.
