The HR Business Partner provides strategic HR support to Operations leadership, focusing on workforce strategies, organizational design, and employee engagement. This role involves collaboration with HR Centers of Expertise, managing change initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The role requires developing and maintaining custom solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, integrating CAD systems, utilizing AWS for automation, and contributing to CI/CD pipeline development.

Lead strategic vision and execution for targeted digital initiatives: define capabilities, prioritize investments, build digital capability roadmaps, manage initiatives through Agile delivery, create Lean business cases, and drive product management and stakeholder alignment to deliver measurable business outcomes.
