Lead change management for a multi-workstream S4/Hana transformation: develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption and sustainment plans; assess impacts, coach leaders, coordinate champion networks, measure adoption, mitigate risk, and support go-live across Collins Aerospace and RTX teams.

Lead Order-to-Cash (O2C) ERP functional analysis for an S/4HANA transformation: design blueprints, support build/configuration, assist testing, cutover and hypercare, document configurations and data mappings, recommend bolt-on solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-live and ongoing O2C operations.

Provide hands-on SAP S/4HANA Plan-to-Sustain (P2S) functional support and configuration for production planning, MRP, shop-floor execution, and maintenance. Lead enhancements, perform Level 3 troubleshooting, manage testing/UAT, collaborate with production and technical teams, and apply continuous improvement to optimize manufacturing and sustainment processes.

Provide SAP Controlling (CO) and Project Systems (PS) functional support in an SAP ECC environment, supporting configuration, production support, project delivery, month‑end/year‑end close, system improvements, and integration with ABAP, BW, and BusinessObjects while aiding the transition to S/4HANA in an Aerospace & Defense setting.

Collaborate cross-functionally, support CATS integrations, data mapping, documentation, and deliver functional specs for reports, conversions, integrations and workflows.

Administer and maintain Teamcenter production systems (14.x/2506), troubleshoot outages, deploy and upgrade instances, optimize performance and SQL databases, manage integrations (T4S, CAD, AWS), provide Level 2/3 support, document configurations, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams. Hybrid role with Pacific Time hours and occasional after-hours/weekend support.

Manage discovery and litigation support for complex product liability, commercial, and supplier disputes: oversee preservation, collection, review, productions, subpoenas, document repositories, dashboards, automation, vendor coordination, and liaison with outside counsel and forensic teams.

Serve as payroll benefits subject matter expert overseeing benefit-related payroll across multiple business units. Calculate, validate, reconcile, and report benefit deductions; ensure compliance with federal, state, union, and internal policies; audit processes; resolve escalated cases; partner with internal and vendor teams; document standard work; recommend process improvements; support high-volume, metric-driven payroll operations and respond to employee inquiries.

Lead requirements, design, build, testing, cutover and hypercare for integrations between SAP S/4HANA, MES and other supply chain systems. Document specifications, data mappings, integration patterns (APIs, IDocs), and test plans; coordinate cross-functional teams, solution architects, and integrators to ensure successful go-live and post-launch support.

Lead delivery of SAP PLM-to-S4 HANA integrations across blueprint, build, test, cutover and hypercare. Drive requirements gathering, data mapping, configuration, testing and go-live support using SAP PLMSI, IDocs/APIs and product master data management to harmonize Plan-to-Sustain processes.

The role involves developing integrations with SAP and third-party applications using SAP BTP Integration Suite. Responsibilities include designing and deploying custom iFlows, coordinating with teams, and defining governance best practices.

Develop, design, and deploy integrations on SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh and managed file transfers. Collaborate with SAP and non‑SAP teams to gather requirements, produce technical designs, establish BTP governance/best practices, and troubleshoot production issues.
