Lead Workday governance, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of HR system enhancements. Combine project management and business analysis to elicit requirements, design Workday solutions, manage risks, coordinate testing and deployment, and drive stakeholder alignment and adoption across HR, IT, and business partners.

Initiate high-volume outbound calls to recruit experienced financial advisors, qualify prospects, recommend affiliation options, set meetings for recruiters, follow up and collaborate throughout the recruiting process, cultivate recruiting partner relationships, and contribute to business development and team sales goals. Eligible for commission in addition to base salary.
