Inside Sales Intern supporting the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold calling through booking qualified meetings. The role provides hands-on sales experience, research, terminology learning, sales enablement support, and project ownership during a ten-week summer program. Interns will participate in networking, business training, team-building activities, and a final project presentation while working in Charlotte or Greenville with a hybrid office and field schedule.

Supports Finance and Accounting teams by analyzing financial and operational data, identifying trends and improvement opportunities, and developing standardized KPI dashboards, scorecards, and reusable reporting frameworks using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI. The ten-week program includes a department-level process improvement project, networking, training, and a final presentation.

Summer intern will evaluate and improve onboarding and training for Business Development Managers. Responsibilities include mapping cross-functional interactions, identifying process bottlenecks, interviewing stakeholders, documenting procedures, and presenting recommendations to improve communication and workflow efficiency.
