Supports and troubleshoots information systems for federal and DoD customers. Responsibilities include Linux and Windows administration, networking, user access, configuration, installation, patching, hardening, issue resolution, documentation, system inventories, compliance support, and escalation of complex problems. The role also develops practical knowledge of container security, vulnerability management, and software supply chain technologies while working with government and enterprise customers.

Designs and maintains secure Linux OS components for hardened container images and cloud-native workloads. Responsibilities include remediating CVEs, patching and rebuilding packages across Linux distributions, hardening container images, managing SBOMs and software provenance, and automating reproducible OS build and CI/CD pipelines. The role requires deep Linux systems, package management, dependency, container runtime, and supply chain security expertise, along with cross-functional collaboration to deliver stable, secure OS baselines.

Develop and execute marketing strategy for RapidFort’s U.S. public-sector business. Build campaigns, messaging, content, account-based marketing programs, events, partner initiatives, and thought-leadership opportunities targeting federal agencies and government ecosystems. Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and public-sector leadership to communicate cybersecurity, DevSecOps, software supply chain, and cloud-native capabilities. Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI while aligning programs with government buying cycles and sales priorities.
