Lead UX/UI design for complex B2B insurance software, delivering high-fidelity Figma designs, maintaining design systems, conducting user research, improving workflows with AI, partnering with engineering, and shaping product decisions. The role also documents processes, supports team development, and teaches design techniques. This is a temporary, full-time assignment expected to last approximately 12–16 weeks, with potential extension.

Lead a lean Innovation Office to design, build, and ship AI/LLM-powered MVPs that solve real insurance distribution problems. Hands-on role: write and deploy prototypes, integrate data science outputs, run discovery with agents, measure business impact, and hand off validated winners. Manage two data scientists and direct contract engineers while partnering with business leadership to prioritize and evaluate opportunities.
