Coordinate implementation and lifecycle service of Quest Diagnostics connectivity products, managing installations, backend LIS configuration, HL7 and data feeds, vendor/client communication, training, troubleshooting, scheduling, and post-installation validation to ensure client satisfaction.

Handle high-volume inbound/outbound billing calls, research and resolve billing disputes and correspondence, process adjustments/refunds with collection coordinators, navigate Quest billing systems and web tools, follow SOPs/HIPAA compliance, meet production and quality standards, and support internal customers for timely billing resolutions.

Handle outbound calls and correspondence to gather missing information, research account activity, and resolve billing issues with clients, labs, and internal teams using Quest billing systems. Maintain customer mailbox requests, follow SOPs, and collaborate with business units to ensure accurate, timely billing and escalate complex issues as needed.
