Manage strategic healthcare client accounts, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, upselling, membership growth, and utilization. Develop account strategies, monitor client health and performance metrics, deliver ROI-focused business reviews, resolve issues, and maintain executive relationships. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Support while communicating client feedback and industry insights. Travel up to 25% as needed.

Lead the technical vision and delivery of high-performance APIs and patient and provider web experiences using Ruby on Rails and React. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver scalable features, improve development and testing standards, and balance user experience with maintainable code. Responsibilities include backend API architecture, frontend performance, automated testing, deployment pipelines, on-call support, and protecting user data.

Administers compensation, commission, bonus, and incentive programs; calculates and audits payouts; partners with Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and business leaders; builds Power BI dashboards and automated workforce reports; analyzes compensation and people data; ensures data integrity; and improves Total Rewards processes through automation and documentation.
