Manages production planning, inventory coordination, employee development, safety, quality systems, labor relations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partners with materials, engineering, sales, customer service, and plant leadership to optimize manufacturing performance and customer satisfaction.

Support facility health, safety, and sustainability programs by performing inspections, identifying hazards, recommending corrective actions, conducting training and drills, tracking safety metrics, participating in investigations, and ensuring compliance with federal and state EHS regulations.
