Manage relationships with SME customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, drive renewals and upsells, oversee deployment of services, perform technical checkups, collect customer feedback for product teams, and coordinate with Support and Pre-Sales. Success measured by renewal and upsell rates and customer satisfaction.

Manage post-sales technical relationships with US Federal customers: provide product/technical support, convey requirements to product and engineering, deliver technical sales presentations, identify new opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction across accounts.

The Technical Account Manager will support US Federal customers by managing technical relationships, providing support, and identifying new business opportunities while addressing customer needs and concerns.
