Provide executive leadership and operational oversight for multi-site nursing across behavioral health and substance use programs. Drive nursing quality, regulatory compliance, workforce planning, accreditation readiness, training, and clinical standardization while supporting program expansion and collaboration with operations, quality, and compliance teams.

Support daily operations of a medically monitored detox program, supervise frontline staff, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor EMR documentation, assist with hiring and training, manage schedules, support quality assurance and KPI tracking, and build community/referral relationships to improve client outcomes.

Generate and maintain referral sources and regional accounts to meet census and budget goals. Build business relationships, support community/public relations, contribute to marketing plans, prepare reports, and liaise with programs to understand referral and client needs.
