Perform outbound prospecting and lead qualification for hospitality accounts across the U.S. Use phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to generate pipeline, answer prospect questions, and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives while meeting monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets.

Lead QA efforts by designing and executing manual and automated tests, building and maintaining test automation frameworks, mentoring testers, driving QA processes, reporting defects, and integrating tests into CI/CD to ensure high product quality.

The Account Executive role involves driving new-logo acquisition in the U.S. restaurant market, managing complex sales cycles, and building relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include strategic territory planning, identifying opportunities, and influencing go-to-market strategies while mentoring SDRs and utilizing AI tools for productivity.
