Serve as the final technical escalation for enterprise container storage incidents. Diagnose root causes across Kubernetes and multi-cloud environments, perform Go troubleshooting and initial code reviews, collaborate with product engineering on fixes, mentor support engineers, create knowledge articles, and participate in on-call rotations to protect production uptime.

Architect and deploy scalable Inventa data-management solutions, lead complex enterprise integrations (APIs, on-prem, cloud, SaaS, data lakes), resolve architectural performance and access issues, create global architecture guides and documentation, and feed product improvements through field insights. Customer-facing, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

Field sales role responsible for driving adoption and growth of Everpure Resilience across the Americas. Own and forecast a robust pipeline, prospect targeted accounts, qualify opportunities, run team-selling cycles with channel partners and solutions engineers, present to prospects, and close deals. Develop account strategies, mobilize internal resources, and provide feedback to product and sales leadership.
