Business Analyst supports public-sector and education clients through technology implementation, training, ongoing support, and business process improvement. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, analyzing data, researching policies and funding requirements, preparing client deliverables, supporting project management, documenting processes, and communicating recommendations to clients and development teams. The role also contributes to proposals, budgets, invoices, presentations, and quality assurance while managing multiple priorities in a hybrid consulting environment.

Provides leadership and strategic direction for education technology consulting and business development. Identifies revenue opportunities involving agency data ingestion, reporting, and technology services; analyzes public education technology markets; develops client relationships and solution offerings; leads teams, conference strategies, and speaking engagements; and supports the development, bidding, and winning of management consulting engagements.

Leads technology consulting engagements for public-sector clients, managing projects, teams, requirements, client communications, process improvements, compliance analysis, and delivery activities. Supports business development through market analysis, opportunity qualification, CRM updates, and proposal development. The role requires interpreting regulations, facilitating stakeholders, developing communication plans, and managing complex projects with limited supervision. Hybrid work and some office or client travel may be required.
