Plans, designs, executes, and documents functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing for software implementation and modernization projects. Creates test cases, scenarios, scripts, and data; validates interfaces, APIs, workflows, and data integrity; manages defects and retesting; maintains requirements traceability; and communicates testing progress, risks, and quality concerns to technical and nontechnical stakeholders in Agile and hybrid environments.

The IT Project Manager will oversee project planning, implementation, and client interactions while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations in the public sector.

Lead requirements gathering, document functional specifications, support integration of software components and third-party applications, collaborate with development and QA teams, manage stakeholder communications, contribute to project artifacts (schedules, test/conversion plans), identify and mitigate risks, and support business development and training efforts to implement integrated solutions and modernize legacy systems.
