Analyzes recruitment, retention, workforce, demographic, and HR data to identify trends and support talent management decisions. Develops dashboards, reports, metrics, and presentations for leadership; audits workforce data quality and compliance; recommends process improvements; and supports recruiting-related projects, systems implementation, testing, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Administers and optimizes iCIMS and other talent systems, including configurations, workflows, integrations, reporting, access governance, troubleshooting, and data quality. Leads recruiting technology and process-improvement projects from planning through implementation, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and vendors, develops documentation and training, supports compliance reviews, and provides advanced user support. Analyzes recruiting data and recommends scalable solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, candidate experience, and system adoption.

Provides real-time engineering guidance and repair direction for CRJ-700/900 aircraft during airline operations. Resolves technical discrepancies, supports out-of-service aircraft and structural damage recovery, evaluates safety events, interprets OEM and regulatory documentation, and develops temporary repair requirements. The role collaborates with maintenance and airline stakeholders, supports frontline technicians, and contributes to safety management, regulatory compliance, aircraft reliability, and operational continuity.
