Processes Pilot Records Information Act paperwork and maintains accurate PRIA and DOT records. Coordinates with recruiting, training teams, airlines, and former employers to obtain and provide pilot records within FAA-regulated timeframes. Supports annual PRIA and DOT audits, prepares inspection materials, updates applicant databases and spreadsheets, and contributes to the company’s Safety Management System. Requires aviation experience, knowledge of PRIA and FAA/TSA regulations, strong administrative skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

Coordinates the full lifecycle of initial operating experience training for pilots and flight attendants. Assigns trainees to check crew members, schedules training and line events, monitors progress, manages FAA observations, builds monthly schedules, verifies crew legality and qualifications, tracks consolidation hours, and handles irregular operations. The role ensures compliance with federal aviation regulations, labor agreements, company policies, and safety requirements while maintaining operational records and reports.

Designs, develops, maintains, and evaluates aviation training curricula across e-learning, instructor-led, blended, and multimedia formats. Conducts needs analyses, applies instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles, collaborates with subject matter experts, and creates training videos and related assets. Ensures content meets organizational, compliance, safety, and industry requirements while managing multiple projects, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Uses feedback, performance data, and learning metrics to improve training effectiveness.

Provides strategic leadership and technical oversight for airline fleet engineering, including reliability programs, airworthiness, configuration control, technical documentation, aircraft modifications, regulatory compliance, and fleet performance. Serves as the technical authority and partners with maintenance, quality, supply chain, flight operations, OEMs, and regulatory agencies. Oversees engineering support services, budgets, safety management outputs, entry into service for new aircraft types, and compliance with FAA, CASS, CAMP, EPM, and GMM requirements.

Coordinates pilot and flight attendant training schedules, qualification records, instructor assignments, travel logistics, and regulatory training documentation. Maintains accurate records in Comply, CrewTrac, and MINT; adjusts schedules and travel as needed; audits records; prepares flight-decision data; and supports the company’s Safety Management System. The role requires strong organization, communication, administrative experience, and Excel proficiency.

Supports talent acquisition marketing through recruiting events, brand development, email and CRM campaigns, website updates, social media, SEO, digital advertising, content creation, graphics, vendor collaboration, and campaign optimization. Conducts market research and helps build candidate engagement and community growth. Travel is required, and the role also supports the company’s safety management system.

Leads contracts and supplier performance for PSA Airlines, including supplier measurement, scorecards, TCO analysis, contract administration, business reviews, and analytical modeling. Drives continuous improvement, strategic sourcing support, safety and compliance initiatives, process optimization, and cost savings. Manages a team, develops future leaders, and oversees Safety Management System risk and assurance outputs. Collaborates with legal and cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining supplier commitments and contract metrics.

Conducts internal audits of airline flight operations and training programs, evaluating FAA, company, and international compliance. Identifies operational hazards, analyzes trends, assesses safety risk controls, maintains audit databases in Intelex, supports IOSA audits, prepares quarterly reports, presents findings to leadership, and ensures corrective follow-up. The role requires an Airline Transport Pilot certificate, Part 121 air carrier management experience, SMS knowledge, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Owns and optimizes Workday and related HR technology, including configuration, integrations, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, data management, and security. Supports Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Payroll, and other HR processes. Partners with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and business leaders to define requirements, deliver enhancements, resolve data issues, manage releases, and improve workflows and user experience. Develops documentation, training, reports, and dashboards while supporting continuous improvement projects and compliance.
