Leads end-to-end design, development, quality, and integration of complex software solutions and cloud services. Provides technical leadership for enterprise-wide projects, manages engineering processes, risks, dependencies, and delivery priorities, and writes code across the software ecosystem. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable, user-centric technology solutions, primarily supporting healthcare caregivers.

Maintain, support, enhance, and optimize UKG Healthcare Productivity and ERP applications. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align business needs with system solutions, manage change requests, perform testing, coordinate releases, resolve complex issues, and improve operational processes. The role requires enterprise application management experience, project execution skills, and expertise with ERP platforms such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, or Workday.

Supports application security and information systems for a large healthcare organization. Analyzes user requirements, develops and implements system solutions, manages moderately complex projects, coordinates project teams, establishes system procedures, and provides guidance to less experienced staff. Collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple facilities. Epic accreditation or certification is required, along with industry experience and a related bachelor's degree.
