Manage Employment Practice Liability claims end-to-end including coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation and disposition. Collaborate with defense counsel and business partners, present trends to leadership, report exposures, ensure compliance with policies and reinsurer notification, and attend mediations, trials or hearings as needed.

Design and build cloud-based data applications and pipelines to analyze clinical data, enrich and provision datasets, and support clinical/operational processes. Mentor junior engineers, drive R&D for repeatable templates, collaborate with Product/Platform/Architecture, and prioritize source control, documentation, and simple solutions using modern data, ETL, and LLM tooling.

Design, operate, and optimize large-scale Azure IaaS/PaaS services and hybrid environments. Implement IaC (Terraform, Azure CLI), enforce Azure Policy, manage Azure networking (VNets, private endpoints, ExpressRoute), maintain VMware/Hyper-V servers, ensure compliance for PHI/PII, participate in on-call incident response, create automation/runbooks, and lead technical discussions with teams.
