Conduct high-volume outbound calls and automated email outreach to licensed psychologists using Scout. Hold warm, consultative conversations, identify interested candidates, book interviews with the clinical recruiting team, document outcomes, meet activity and booking targets, and provide feedback to improve outreach messaging. The role is remote, phone-forward, metrics-driven, and offers $25 per hour plus uncapped performance bonuses.

Lead scalable People Operations systems supporting clinician and HQ growth. Responsibilities include clinician onboarding, compensation and benefits strategy, organization design, career pathways, employee-relations workflows, People Ops service delivery, HQ engagement and retention, and team leadership. The role combines strategic problem-solving with hands-on operational execution, using data and reliable processes to improve workforce outcomes as the organization scales.
