Serve as client advocate, run virtual/in-person trainings, manage custom projects, handle billing/admin tasks, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to optimize client outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance (IRA-focused).

The Reporting & Documentation Specialist will build and maintain dashboards and reports within the ProScore Core Portal, using SQL and Stimulsoft, while ensuring accurate documentation and collaboration with stakeholders.
