Lead partnership development and higher-education strategy with UNC System and campus partners. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closed partnerships, scope solutions, draft agreements, coordinate FASTER initiative operations, ensure smooth onboarding, and synthesize lessons to inform system-wide strategy and growth opportunities.

Part-time recruiter responsible for sourcing and early-stage screening for Admissions and Student Success roles. Manage requisitions, maintain Lever pipelines, conduct phone/video screens, draft candidate communications, partner with hiring managers, flag pipeline issues, and support employer-branding and job postings.

Advise and guide adult learners through application and admissions processes for partner universities, manage student files, conduct discovery sessions, connect students to resources, track admissions progress and data, ensure confidentiality and data accuracy, collaborate with university partners, and report security issues while supporting students through their first week of classes.
