Lead Mid Market commercial sales for Progyny's family building and women's health benefits. Build pipeline, close deals, consult with benefits executives and consultants, deliver presentations, forecast, gather product feedback, collaborate cross-functionally, and exceed sales targets while traveling to meet clients.

Configure and validate client benefit setups, manage eligibility files and integrations, ensure claims processing readiness, support go-lives and rollovers, collaborate with onboarding, product, and engineering, and maintain configuration documentation and process improvements.

Lead and scale end-to-end contracting across client, provider, partner, and vendor agreements. Build processes, SLAs, CLM (Ironclad) ownership, templates/playbooks, and governance. Manage and mentor a contracting team, negotiate complex agreements, partner with Legal, Sales, Finance and Operations, and drive operational excellence and reporting across the contract lifecycle.
