Leads the architecture, development, delivery, and production support of Angular applications and APIs. Guides distributed engineering teams, establishes coding and testing standards, manages technical roadmaps, improves CI/CD and observability, and integrates AI and LLM capabilities. The role also includes mentoring, hiring, code reviews, root cause analysis, risk mitigation, and collaboration with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams to deliver secure, accessible, high-performance solutions.

Owns the digital storefront and commerce customer journey across merchandising, applications, checkout, and post-purchase experiences. Develops product roadmaps, defines requirements, leads cross-functional initiatives, analyzes funnel and conversion data, and drives iterative improvements. The role requires direct experience with agentic commerce, B2B2C platforms, AI chatbot workflows, fintech payment or lending products, and web and mobile commerce experiences.

Leads Progressive Leasing’s partner marketing strategy across retail and e-commerce segments. Manages Partner Marketing Managers, builds annual partner plans, oversees budgets and co-marketing funds, develops campaigns across digital and in-store channels, establishes performance KPIs, and drives measurable GMV growth. Partners with Sales, Product, Analytics, Creative, CRM, and Legal teams while presenting marketing plans and results to external partners and executives.
