Serve as the primary NJ enrollment contact, enroll providers/groups with commercial and federal payers, manage payer data in CredentialStream, investigate claims/enrollment issues, use AthenaOne EMR, resolve Salesforce cases, partner with internal teams, and act as liaison for stakeholders.

Hybrid UX/QA Engineer responsible for validating UI/UX and end-to-end functionality across web and mobile products. Develop and run test plans, automate UI regression (Playwright/Cypress/Selenium), analyze logs and errors (Bugsnag, DevTools), document defects in Jira, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate test generation and coverage. Collaborate with product and engineering in Agile ceremonies to ensure responsive, accessible, and seamless user journeys.

Audit payer-processed claims and care center payments to ensure reimbursement accuracy, conduct post-implementation audits, track/report outcomes, resolve payment variances with payers and internal teams, support Trizetto/Cognizant and fee schedule setups, manage denial trends, and assist revenue cycle teams to maximize cash flow.
