Leads and mentors project design leads through utility-scale solar PV design from preliminary development through IFC drawings. Supports engineering, procurement, and construction contract reviews; coordinates Engineers of Record, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams; guides design reviews; develops process improvements; performs value engineering; and ensures designs support safe installation and long-term operations. The role requires up to 25% travel and may serve as the primary design lead for projects.

Supports site safety programs for renewable energy construction projects under Site Safety Manager supervision. Assists with inspections, audits, hazard identification, incident investigations, corrective actions, safety documentation, JHA reviews, PPE monitoring, emergency preparedness, safety meetings, training initiatives, and compliance tracking. The role is site-based, predominantly outdoors, and provides practical experience in occupational safety, environmental health, and construction safety.

Supports contract administration across bidding, pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases. Maintains document versions, repositories, deadlines, contractual records, and project updates. Processes nondisclosure agreements, redacts documents, and tracks parent guarantees, bonds, and insurance certificates. Attends project meetings, distributes action items and updated information, and assists senior contracts personnel. Requires strong organization, communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
