Support project planning and execution for mechanical and civil construction: manage procurement, submittals, RFIs, cost/schedule tracking, site visits, subcontractor coordination, change orders, quality control, safety compliance, and project closeout.

Review client SCADA specifications and drawings, solicit and manage SCADA vendor proposals, coordinate with substation/BESS/O&M teams, support commissioning and performance testing, troubleshoot operational sites, attend vendor training, and document/track issues through resolution.

Support linemen in constructing, maintaining, and repairing overhead and underground power lines. Prepare materials, operate basic tools, perform manual labor (digging, moving poles), load/unload trucks, follow safety and grounding procedures, assist with traffic control, and maintain clean job sites under supervision.
