Senior Solutions Architect for End User Computing (EUC) leads presales and customer enablement: gathers requirements, delivers technical presentations and demos, supports proofs-of-concept, creates BOMs and proposals, mentors solutions architects, escalates and resolves high-priority client issues, and influences product/process improvements across Citrix, VMware, Microsoft and cloud EUC platforms.
