Lead global sales and customer engagement for Dexmet Power Energy segment. Develop account strategies, grow revenue and margin, qualify prospects, forecast sales, drive product development, coordinate with operations, and manage CRM Opportunity reporting. Remote role with significant customer travel and Eastern Time preference.

Lead and develop a dispersed team of ~20 refinish professionals across a multi-state and Canadian territory. Drive sales growth, product adoption, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency through coaching, performance reviews, field support, data-driven territory management, and key account support. Build relationships with body shops, MSOs, distributors, and partners while providing technical and operational guidance on refinish products and collision workflows.

The Process Engineer will develop and optimize manufacturing processes, support continuous improvement efforts, manage First Lot Control activities, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
