Build creative workflows, manage external partners, generate high-volume concepts across paid channels, analyze metrics, and scale winning ad frameworks while sunsetting underperforming assets. Collaborate with Growth and clinical stakeholders to create compelling, compliant messaging for prospective patients.

Source, engage, vet, and recruit high volumes of specialized clinical providers, including registered dietitians, menopause providers, and mental health specialists. Manage candidate pipelines, recruiting communications, outbound sourcing, funnel metrics, and process improvements to accelerate hiring and improve provider acquisition.

Own and grow Pomelo Care’s commercial payer pipeline by sourcing health plan opportunities, developing executive and operational relationships, communicating value propositions, and managing contracts through the full sales cycle. The role includes pipeline analysis, proposal development, cross-functional collaboration, partnership strategy, and support for pitches, conferences, and strategic growth initiatives.
