Designs scalable, secure technology solutions connecting business objectives with application, integration, data, cloud, and enterprise systems. Responsibilities include developing architectures and roadmaps, modernizing processes through automation, governing APIs and data flows, incorporating security and compliance, guiding engineering teams, evaluating vendors, and facilitating stakeholder discovery workshops.

Lead and build the Stop-Loss Operations function, unifying legacy teams and platforms, ensuring accurate policy setup, filings, renewals, and claims reimbursements. Implement controls, SOPs, quality audits, KPIs/SLAs, and root-cause corrective actions. Manage and coach stop-loss staff, partner with carriers/MGUs and Account Management, and support platform migrations to improve compliance and drive toward zero processing errors.

Own and prioritize the product backlog in JIRA, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, lead Agile ceremonies, define roadmap and releases, collaborate with engineering/QA/operations/compliance, ensure regulatory compliance, track delivery metrics, and identify workflow automation and efficiency improvements.
