Teams at Pluralsight

Own the strategy, roadmap, packaging, and go-to-market evolution of Pluralsight’s AI, Cloud, and Security learning solutions. Design blended learning programs, define expert perspectives, identify content and lab components, monitor market needs, and use customer and learner data to improve outcomes. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Curriculum, Engineering, and Services teams, support strategic enterprise deals, manage solution benchmarks, and drive adoption, renewals, and revenue growth.

Leads the marketing operations function, team, martech roadmap, lead management, CRM integrations, data architecture, campaign attribution, reporting infrastructure, and vendor governance. Partners with Revenue Operations, Analytics, IT, and Finance to maintain reliable GTM data flows, improve data quality, and support scalable revenue growth. Manages technical professionals and leads technology transformation and re-platforming initiatives.

Lead the architectural direction, component and token systems, governance, documentation, accessibility infrastructure, and roadmap for Pluralsight’s Pando design system. Partner with engineering to align tooling and workflows, use adoption and quality metrics to guide investment, and mentor designers and engineers across the organization. The role requires enterprise-scale design systems expertise, front-end knowledge, WCAG experience, and the ability to build data-backed prioritization cases.
