Partners across engineering, product, security, customer success, and program management to deliver reliable global SaaS services and develops organizational talent, metrics, and succession plans.

Leads technical strategy, governance, and service delivery for complex global enterprise accounts. Advises C-suite stakeholders, develops global TAM frameworks and KPIs, manages at-risk accounts, shapes product strategy, and integrates AI, LLMs, and predictive analytics into technical account management. Serves as a cybersecurity architecture and enterprise IAM thought leader while driving technical enablement, organizational strategy, and executive industry engagement.

Supports channel and revenue operations through partner performance analytics, dashboards, KPI reporting, deal registration management, forecasting, and executive materials. Maintains data integrity across Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, PRM, and related systems while partnering with Channel, Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations. Documents reporting definitions, analyzes pipeline and partner productivity, identifies gaps, and recommends process improvements.
