Leads Piedmont Airlines’ regulatory compliance, internal evaluation, quality assurance, safety, and security programs. Responsibilities include conducting audits, tracking corrective actions, managing operational risk, coordinating regulatory and external agency audits, supporting SMS and SeMS programs, overseeing emergency response and dangerous goods programs, and reporting compliance performance to leadership. The role requires aviation regulatory knowledge, audit training, data analysis, and coordination with operational departments and regulatory agencies.

Allocates daily staffing and resources to flights and flight-related tasks, using staffing systems to identify operational needs and produce reports. Coordinates station activities, adjusts staffing to changing conditions, supports safety and on-time performance, and performs administrative duties. The role requires decision-making, critical thinking, workforce engagement, collaboration with management and frontline staff, and flexibility for all shifts in an airport ramp environment.
