Lead end-to-end UX for native iOS and Android mobile products for healthcare providers. Conduct user research and validation, design clinical workflows, evolve mobile design system components, partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and mentor junior designers. Drive product strategy through evidence-based design and support implementation through prototyping and build reviews.

Own end-to-end execution of targeted, multi-channel demand generation campaigns for net-new and existing accounts. Build GTM narratives for product launches, craft persuasive content and personalization, coordinate across SDR/Sales/Client Success, partner on Marketo/Salesforce/ABM builds, and analyze performance signals to iterate and improve pipeline outcomes.
