Bridge business, product, and engineering to define requirements and user stories for API-driven financial platforms. Design digital onboarding, account maintenance, and money-movement workflows, validate integrations and data flows, perform functional testing and edge-case analysis, and ensure solutions meet regulatory, risk, and legal requirements while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.

Lead enterprise rollout and scaling of GenAI tools (Devin, Claude, Cursor), integrate them into SDLC/CI-CD pipelines, train and enable engineering teams, monitor adoption and performance, enforce governance/security, and create reusable playbooks for scalable, governed GenAI usage.

Designs and manages Qualtrics in-product intercept surveys, targeting workflows, directories, and data collection. Analyzes user behavior, product performance, and survey feedback; builds dashboards and communicates actionable insights to product, UX, and leadership teams. Collaborates with qualitative researchers, data engineering, and development teams to integrate survey data with behavioral analytics platforms and enable access to behavioral datasets across B2B and B2C products.
