Teach undergraduate nursing courses, mentor students, engage in scholarship, and lead accreditation, curriculum development, and continuous improvement for the nursing program. Provide faculty support, coordinate data/reporting for CCNE accreditation, integrate AACN Essentials, and collaborate with university leadership to advance program quality and student success.

Teach up to 26 IU's in the Business Management and Leadership program, advise students, collaborate on program scheduling, assessment, accreditation (ACBSP), community outreach and grants, and fulfill faculty handbook responsibilities.

Recruit, advise, and enroll prospective graduate students. Build recruitment partnerships, manage applicant pipeline, evaluate applications, and execute enrollment strategies. Serve as primary contact for assigned programs and support student success through relationship-building, data-informed strategies, and CRM management.
