Lead and contribute to architectural design across schematic, design development, and construction documents. Produce design concepts, coordinate drawings, select materials, prepare presentations, ensure document accuracy and code compliance, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with consultants and clients while supporting studio activities.

The Project Architect will lead design processes, manage project documentation, ensure quality control, and mentor staff within the higher education sector.

Lead schematic design through construction documents using strong technical/BIM skills, graphic storytelling, and sustainable, human-centered design. Prepare presentations, evaluate design alternatives, coordinate with consultants, mentor staff, ensure code and construction compliance, and support marketing and client relationships.
