Leads Percona’s globally distributed Global Services organization, overseeing Support, Managed Services, Professional Services, project management, and delivery operations. Owns service quality, customer satisfaction, strategic planning, operational improvement, AI-first transformation, knowledge management, and P&L performance. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to shape strategy and innovation while maintaining expertise in open source database technologies. Develops high-performing teams, builds customer and community relationships, monitors market trends, and drives experimentation, efficiency, and scalable service delivery.

Lead Percona’s global channels and alliances strategy across hyperscalers, VARs, and systems integrators. Build partner programs, manage AWS marketplace and co-sell initiatives, expand regional partnerships, establish deal registration and attribution processes, and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. The role requires cross-functional leadership across sales, services, finance, legal, marketing, product, and engineering, with a focus on measurable partner productivity and scalable operating foundations.

Create and maintain user-oriented technical documentation for PostgreSQL products, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, user guides, manuals, man pages, help prompts, and release notes. Collaborate with engineering, product, development, QA, and documentation teams in a distributed docs-as-code environment. Use Markdown, version control, diagrams, AI tools, and documentation testing practices while contributing to documentation strategy and potentially open-source projects.
