Supports federal proposal planning, coordination, development, compliance, production, and submission. Maintains schedules, compliance matrices, action trackers, repositories, and version control; coordinates inputs across technical, pricing, contracts, recruiting, graphics, and business development teams. Reviews proposal content, tracks deadlines, prepares status reports, and supports multiple concurrent efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Manage complex government contract portfolios from award through closeout. Advise program teams and leadership on contractual obligations, risks, compliance, performance, changes, and negotiations. Draft contract correspondence and agreements, support proposals, resolve customer issues, oversee start-up and closeout activities, and ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

Maintain and improve AWS cloud applications and infrastructure using Terraform, EKS, ECS, Lambda, and CI/CD pipelines. Manage Kubernetes environments, deployments, monitoring, vulnerability remediation, incident response, autoscaling, failover, and disaster recovery. Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure scalable, secure, fault-tolerant production systems. Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, automate operational tasks, and maintain recovery runbooks and compliance with RTO/RPO requirements.
