Train to manage sales and operations for a transportation business. The role includes training across sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology, along with driving Penske vehicles and supporting local district activities.

Supply chain and logistics interns support cost savings, sourcing, warehouse and dispatch operations, inventory accuracy, safety, continuous improvement, and fleet or asset planning. Interns rotate through departments, complete independent and team-based projects, monitor operational performance, prepare reports, and help improve productivity and customer outcomes. The role is primarily first shift, up to 20 hours weekly, with flexibility for varied shifts and hands-on work in non-climate-controlled conditions.
