Interns rotate through departments, complete independent and team-based projects, monitor operational performance, prepare reports, and help improve productivity and customer outcomes. The role is primarily first shift, up to 20 hours weekly, with flexibility for varied shifts and hands-on work in non-climate-controlled conditions.
