Prepares federal, state, local, and international tax schedules, partnership and nonresident partner tax calculations, quarterly projections, withholding calculations, and tax reconciliations. Analyzes financial data, reconciles general ledger accounts, researches tax law changes, performs quality assurance, maintains partner tax records, and supports ad hoc tax requests. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills.

Owns global travel and expense operations, including expense processing, reimbursements, policy compliance, exception management, corporate card reconciliation, virtual payables, audits, and controls. The role supports escalations, cross-training, workflow triage, systems administration, process improvement, and audit readiness while partnering with attorneys, firm leadership, travel teams, banking providers, and internal stakeholders.

Manages fund finance transactions from origination through post-closing, including subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, documents, closing binders, UCC filings, diligence, and lien searches. Coordinates clients, lenders, attorneys, vendors, and internal teams; tracks deal status and post-closing items; reviews junior paralegal work; mentors team members; maintains confidential records; and improves workflows, templates, and procedures.
