Leads enterprise internal and external communications, including executive messaging, media relations, employee engagement, corporate storytelling, crisis communications, change communications, and communication governance. Advises executives and business leaders while aligning messaging with company strategy, culture, performance, and stakeholder expectations. Oversees channels, content, campaigns, announcements, and communications effectiveness, using audience feedback and data to improve programs. Travel up to 10% is required.

Supports the organization’s risk management program by designing risk assessments, monitoring compliance with risk policies, analyzing variance trends, developing risk reports, and escalating issues. The role also contributes to risk management policies and procedures, performs problem resolution, and serves as a subject matter expert in an assigned risk discipline. It requires cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Leads breakage accounting operations for prepaid card and deposit products, overseeing journal entries, reconciliations, financial and regulatory reporting, GAAP compliance, escheatment, unclaimed property processes, internal controls, audits, and operational improvements. Manages accounting policies, technical accounting reviews, cross-functional relationships, external stakeholders, and a team of direct reports.
