Advises executives and business leaders while aligning messaging with company strategy, culture, performance, and stakeholder expectations. Oversees channels, content, campaigns, announcements, and communications effectiveness, using audience feedback and data to improve programs. Travel up to 10% is required.

Leads breakage accounting operations for prepaid card and deposit products, overseeing journal entries, reconciliations, financial and regulatory reporting, GAAP compliance, escheatment, unclaimed property processes, internal controls, audits, and operational improvements. Manages accounting policies, technical accounting reviews, cross-functional relationships, external stakeholders, and a team of direct reports.
