Leads accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, payment controls, corporate card compliance, and AP staff supervision. Owns assigned general ledger accounts, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, month-end close, 1099 compliance, and cost and shipping-spend reporting. Improves accounting processes and automation across QuickBooks Online, Tipalti, Bill.com, and Ramp while maintaining U.S. GAAP compliance and SOX-aligned controls.

Drive net-new enterprise revenue by prospecting ecommerce brands, managing strategic sales pipelines, leading complex multi-threaded deal cycles, and building executive relationships. Advise clients on international expansion, DDP, compliance, and localization while maintaining accurate Salesforce forecasting. Partner with marketing, partnerships, operations, and post-sales teams to ensure successful client outcomes. Represent the company at industry events and travel 10–20%.

Own and grow a portfolio of third-party logistics warehouse accounts by identifying expansion, cross-sell, brand adoption, and referral opportunities. Build account plans, develop relationships across operational and commercial stakeholders, partner with Sales to close revenue, and position the company as a strategic growth partner. The role requires proactive revenue ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and regular travel to support account growth.
