Lead design-build delivery for large-scale rail and transit projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, scope, commercial performance, pursuit strategy, and stakeholder collaboration. Oversee design management on high-profile infrastructure programs and ensure successful project execution and client delivery.

Support design delivery for large roadway projects by performing engineering computations, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, surveys, and designs. Develop engineering products under close supervision, collaborate with team members and stakeholders, and provide support across the project lifecycle while ensuring quality and performance requirements are met.

Support development of Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plans for large roadway and bridge projects. Perform traffic control layout, signing, staging analyses, phasing and detour plans, field reviews, quantity estimates, and CADD plan production. Coordinate MOT with roadway, structures, and drainage disciplines and assist in preparing technical reports and constructability assessments under senior engineer supervision.
