Teams at Parsons Corporation

Leads design management for large-scale rail and transit design-build projects, including projects exceeding $1 billion. Responsibilities include directing multidisciplinary teams, managing scope and commercial performance, supporting marketing and pursuit strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering complex transportation infrastructure improvements across North America.

Perform field investigations and design for roadway/highway projects including grading, drainage, utilities, work zone traffic control, and green infrastructure. Develop civil/highway plans, profiles, sections, and details using AutoCAD/Civil 3D or MicroStation. Prepare reports, cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents. Support multi-disciplinary design teams and other engineering activities for regional infrastructure and design-build projects.

Design and execute test plans and automation for software, hardware, and systems. Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts, identify and triage defects, improve reliability and scalability, and produce documentation and reports to support mission-critical systems.
